Welcome to PremierPoolCare. By scheduling and receiving our pool maintenance and repair services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Pool Services
PremierPoolCare offers a range of professional pool services, including weekly/bi-weekly maintenance, equipment repair, pool cleaning, and chemical balancing. We use industry-leading techniques and equipment to ensure the health and longevity of your pool.
Scheduling and Appointments
Customers can schedule pool service appointments online or by contacting our customer service team. We require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice may incur a fee.
Pricing and Payments
Our pool services are priced based on the scope of work, pool size, and any necessary parts or materials. All prices are clearly communicated before services are rendered. Customers must pay in full upon completion of the work.
Warranties and Guarantees
PremierPoolCare guarantees our workmanship for 30 days after any repair or maintenance service. We will return to address any issues at no additional cost during this warranty period. However, we do not provide warranties on third-party pool equipment or products.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing PremierPoolCare with accurate information about their pool and equipment. Customers must also ensure safe and unobstructed access to the pool area during service visits.
Limitation of Liability
PremierPoolCare is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may result from the use of a customer's pool. Customers use our services at their own risk.
Termination of Services
PremierPoolCare reserves the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason, including non-payment or unsafe conditions. Customers may also cancel our services by providing 30 days' written notice.
